While out on his lunch time shop Nathan was dismayed by the amount of litter in his local area. He decided to return in the evening and add a litter pick to the end of his RED Jan day 7 outing. Under the glow of the glow of the golden arches and spurred on by the colonels smiling face he collected a big bag of rubbish before finishing the final 500m jog home
