This morning James, Wayne & Anne carried out various volunteering duties at the junior park run.

James did his usual 12k Sunday morning run before hand while Wayne went on a 30k bike ride. 🚴🏽‍♂️.

In total 114 runners took park in taking on the 2k course. There were 25 PB’s with the top 3 also getting PB’s. The fastest time this morning was a fantastic 08:18.
