After yesterday's false start, six Goodgymers gathered again at the former St Monica's Day Centre. The objective was to make the carpark into a site fit for local families to celebrate the Jubilee. With help from Mohammad, one of the party organisers, there followed 90 minutes of seriously hard work picking litter, cutting down overgrown vegetation and filling lots and lots of bags. Probably one of the more exhausting tasks we've done for a while. But well worth it - the space was transformed! All it needs now is a party to fill it!
