Well, it's not with a double espresso this week! No SIr!
This week we have accounts of GG folk across the borough's doing 100 burpees in a training session and for some - Namely Rob they were completed before 8 am. What can I say? I am in awe of all who rose to the challenge, jumped at the chance and conquered but extra kudos for Rob on finding the ultimate pick me up to start his day
BRAVO all who dared and now know deep in their hearts that they need never fear the shout in a session that says GIVE ME 10 BURPEES .... as they you can simply scoff ... Just 10!!!

Why would anyone scoff at a burpee anyway? They're the best!

Aww Rushabh I hope it is a good pain as in a gentle reminder of great work done. Try a easy walk with some brisker spurts for 10 to 20 mins and then have a really good stretch, holding for 30 to 40 seconds on the areas that are tender - Good Luck
