The weather was wet and windy outside, so the team opted for a zoom workout, rather than facing the weather.
It was especially lovely to see Amy again, who lives slightly further away, so finds it difficult to join us at the park.
After a short workout, we commenced our HITT session. 3 rounds of the following 5 exercises: 6 high knees, 4 lunge jumps 5 narrow press-ups, 5 wide press-ups 5 toe touches, 5 crunches Mountain climbers Crab toe touches We finished our workout with some stretches.
Hope the weather improves, so we can head to the park again next week.
