Tonight GoodGym Exeter were out in the city picking up litter, helping to keep the streets and green-spaces clear.
It was nice to see the city relatively clean, only one bag full!
A huge thank you and welcome to Leticia joining the Exeter gang for the first time.

Another Saturday, another great session clearing the brambles for Mrs C. This has certainly been a mammoth task for the past few weeks, but now we’ve cleared access to the garden via the stairs at the back of the house - Mrs C and Peaches the dog can get into their garden again!
One more session to clear the roots/stumps and deal with some ivy and the garden will be totally reclaimed!

Tonight Lawrence and I were out braving the cold, helping at the secret garden.
Our task this week was to prune an un-loved apple tree (apparently its the right time of year?!), and clip any branches that crossed over. Hopefully we'll get first 'pick' later in the year of any fruit!

Today I was back with Mrs C, carrying on to remove the brambles from the back garden. Progress is looking great, as the before and after pics are showing. Hopefully just the one more visit to finish!

This evening 3 GoodGymers were out helping clean the Exeter streets. With the Christmas market as popular as ever the litter was on the increase. 2 full bags and a nice mulled-cider to warm up after!

Today I was back with Ms C, dealing with the jungle of brambles that has taken over her garden. 90 mins and a pair of secateurs can still get lots done! Not quite finished but the difference in space is striking! One more visit should do the job 💪
