Tonight, 5 GoodGymers were back in Belle Isle Park, joined by Joe and a small group of the local community. We spent the evening gathering seeds, ensuring a good wildflower spread in future areas. We had a very relaxed time, the nature of the task meant we could chat a bit more and catch up on the gossip!

This week we were back at the Secret Garden, joining task owner Pat for some weeding, cutting and strimming. The 4 of us made the area clearer for residents to use, and made the most of the warm evening to catchup over ice cream.

Today, Lucy and I were back at with Mrs M, finishing off clearing the garden spaces. The front garden was the focus today, we weeded, cleared ivy, reclaimed ornaments and redisplayed ornate flowers. Mrs M was thrilled with the result, and it was great to see the before and after pics!

4 Good Gym-ers got their steps in delivering community magazines in the very hilly Exwick area. We were so pleased to welcome Sophie, a Good Gym-er from Liverpool who joined us for the evening, we even managed to make her feel right at home on Liverpool Hill!

Give us an hour, and we’ll give you the world!
Today Lucy and I were out helping Mrs M deal with the overgrowth in the garden. You’ll see from the pictures the weeds had taken over, but fuelled with ice lollies and covered in factor-50, we got the garden looking great and reclaiming the space. Dennis the dog kept us in-check too! The before and after pictures show just what GoodGym can do!
We’ll be back with Mrs M again soon to help with the front garden!
