46 GoodGymers have supported TRAID - Shepherd's Bush with 16 tasks.

Two task Traid Tuesdays are the best, as you get to hang out with your friends not once, but twice!
Having cleared the racks at the Hammersmith store, five of us continued the evening of good deeds by repeating the job, this time in the Shepherds Bush shop.
With the staff at the store, we cleared the racks, boxed the fashion and packed up the hangers. There were also some musical bangers, or should I say hangers, on the radio, and everyone’s ears were delighted to be blessed with Lucy’s dulcet tones singing along.
We did a rail-y good job of emptying the store ready for its new delivery overnight, made even better with friends.

Arriving a good half hour before our task meant to start meant that Goodgym members got a good chance to pilfer through the books on offer and see which ones we liked the most. Personally I was a fan of the stage plays of some Twilight zone episodes but got to appreciate the 70's vinyl that was on offer.
As the store started to close we set to work, clothes off hangers and both into boxes. I (Jonathan) was on the hunt for a little black number and found a few attractive options but worried I would be showing off too much leg, you be the judge!
Holly and Harvey set themselves up for a great game of 'pair that shoe' and were quite content until the end, when we got down to the final pairs; I ask you how do you pair one non-descript shoe with another?
Thank you all for coming down, it was a big help for a new crew at TRAID and I know they appreciated it!

Back again at Sheperd's Bush with the dream team, packing away all the clothes in record time.
Props to Divya for his excellent taping skills and for everyone getting started while I sweated my way up from Hammersmith TRAID.

Bethan was alone in the TRAID Shepherd’s Bush. That didn’t matter. She was happy to get her good deeds in solo or with a gang. Luckily for her, as she started to take dresses and lengha tops from their rails, she realised she had some friends to hang out with!
Opening the door she was greeted by Lucy and Emily who had arrived on bike from the Hammersmith store for part one of the TRAID double whammy tonight. Door locked, the girls got involved with clearing the racks… and then Bethan had to answer the door again. Here was Harvey, fresh from his run. And just as Bethan locked the door and went back to her good deed, the rest of the group arrived - Analiese, Divya and Jenni!
Nicely warmed up from the task just moments before at the Hammersmith branch, we got to work quickly as helping clear all the clothes from the rails. Blouses were boxed. Polo shirts put away. T-shirts tidied up.
The favourite shoe task ended up with five of us helping out here. I don’t want to sound sexist, but all the ladies were excited about pairing shoes, whereas Divya and Harvey were quite happy on rail clearing duty!
With all the shoes paired that we could, and all the clothes off the racks, the last job was to fill one last box. Divya helped the TRAID staff to tape up one last cardboard box, and the huge pile of attire was swiftly moved into it. Many hands make light work, and we were done by 7:45! GoodGym, you guys box!

Five intrepid GoodGymmers travelled through the pouring rain from Hammersmith King Street to the distant land of Shepherd’s Bush Green for part two of the TRAID double whammy. We were joined by Emily too, who by sheer coincidence happened to be in Shepherd’s Bush when the Hounslow group run tonight was cancelled, so decided to get her good deed fix with us instead. Some might say it was a ready TRAID task…
Cookie, Harvey and Kash were already experts at taking garments off of hangers and throwing them on the floor and into boxes, so put those skills to use on the shop floor.
The shoe must go on… & I was joined once again by Big Little Beth but also by Emily for the footwear matching part of the TRAID tasks. There were sadly a lot of odd pairs this time (not just Bethan and I 🤪) but we managed to get the shoes with a partner bagged up together.
It only took us half an hour before the shop floor was cleared and the mission was completed once again. A quick snap (mainly so we could all remember Kash’s fantastic socks) and it was time to go home. Sadly for us, this also meant going back outside into the torrential rain and wind, but at least we had the knowledge our sogginess was all for a good cause.

We helped with the pack down of the TRAID charity shop; taking clothes off their hangers and then chucking them in big boxes ready for pick up.
A quick job, as the staff had done most of the work, however it was still a pleasure to help out and a nice way to round out a Sunday!
