Ambi completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Ambi was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

Ambi Dee has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Ambi is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Anita was the only sign-up for a lunchtime mission to plant Cerinthe, Bupleurum, Orlaya, Poppy orientale Brilliant and Sweet Pea seedlings at GoodGym Richmond’s sponsored plots in Buccleuch Gardens, Richmond .
Unexpected and very welcome help came from GG newbie Ambi May who was walking along the Thames Path and signed up on the spot. Helping with the new planting and watering-in, Ambi demonstrated a natural talent for nurturing plants and an innate feel for ecology and the natural world.

Hi Liz, I was at the three pigeon plot today! Spent about 3/4 hours weeding, watering, a bought 2 beautiful geraniums in Richmond highstreet and planted/watered them 😍
