The sweltering heat eased off for a cool 5km run or walk around Castle Park. Hundreds gathered for Cancer Research UK's fundraiser with the Busketeers on the bandstand and Rock Choir on top of the hill at Hollytrees Museum provided some choral encouragement.
I hope the pink posse powered their way perfectly past the finish line and raised lots of funds.

Claire Edgerton has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Claire is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Claire Edgerton earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🎉

Claire Edgerton earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Claire completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Claire was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
