Wandsworth Report written by Anastasia Hancock (she/her)
Despite the chilly conditions a big group of GGers met up to tackle a task at the beautiful Wandsworth allotments. The job in question was the move the branches of a fallen willow tree across the plots so they could be chipped and used by the gardeners. The place is a bit of a maze but we carefully followed the bows of hazard tape, hopping in and out of passing points and dodging barrows. After an hour and a half the huge pile was gone, we had discovered a lost wheelbarrow and we were left with a sense of satisfaction for a job well done!

Wandsworth Report written by Catherine Moore
Four GoodGymers teamed up with allotment volunteers to clear up an overgrown, rather neglected spot in Garratt Park allotments. Dianne, Jamal and Jordan filled bin bags with litter, ripped out overgrown ivy and sorted through rubble, to uncover heaps of compost that could be dug up and reused by the allotment owners. A task that would have taken the local volunteers hours was done in just one morning, thanks to GoodGym volunteers!
