Big shout out to GoodGymer Harriet who was a fantastic volunteer coordinator at Fulbourn Hospital parkrun this morning. What a morning for it! I joined to marshal, directing and cheering 150 brilliant runners and walkers who battled the heat.
We will be back again soon!

On Thursday 29th May, three cambridge goodgymers helped Cherry Hinton Care Home get 30km closer to John O'Groats in their challenge to cycle the length of the UK to raise money for Magpas Air Ambulance chairty!
It was some hot and sweaty work, but our pedal power brought the care home just 30 km off their total target! It was a great day and lovely to chat and bring some smiles to the people in the care home.

This weekend we headed over to the Cambridge Museums site to help set up and pack down the Cambridge Fesival's Family Weekend. We had a warm welcome from Jennie and the team who were busy getting everything organised for a fun weekend of workshops and activities.
It was brilliant to have new GoodGymer, Hope, join us for her first community misson 💪
In true GoodGym style, we cracked on with the heavy lifting, moving tables, chairs and sofas to help set up activity rooms and relaxation rooms.
There was a buzzing atmosphere and it was a great task for some strength training!
