We kicked off the social run in Cambridge! Not even temperatures over 20°C could stop us from coming together for a great run.

Firstly the fitness part is yhe 5 mile cycle ride there and back. My first ever Junior Parkrun volunteering. Will make it a regular thing. I cheered on the kids who all made a great effort. Had Good Gym shirt out last night but forgot...

Another cumulative good deed of many litter picks. These horrible vapes contain a lithium battery. Also, there are few places to recycle them. The Sainsbury's in town does along with batteries which I enjoy taking out of the environment too. I have around 200. They will be banned in June but I will still be on the look out!
