15 Goodgymers sprang into action and committed to tidying their local area and contribute yet more deeds to Goodgym’s January challenge.

Whether it was litter picking in local parks, along busy roads or crowded pavements Goodgymers from across the London boroughs found time in their day and got out in numbers, with the overall total creeping ever closer to the target.

The January challenge may be all but completed but there will be plenty more opportunities to continue keeping our local areas tidy, with these anytime anywhere litterpicking sessions running throughout the year.

GoodGymers have been helping save lives this month by donating pints rather than drinking them - pints of blood and plasma which is urgently needed to treat emergencies, mothers during child birth and provide critical treatments.

They have received stickers, snacks and had some great views from their donation centres.

One donation has already made its way to Newport ready to be used.

14 goodgymers from different areas brought food and dropped off at their local points for the food bank.
