We had an amazing launch night! Was incredible meeting all of our new GoodGymers who had found out about the session in different ways! We met at the Basingstoke Sports & Social Club and then went for a jog through the Memorial Park before heading to the Helping Cats & Dogs charity shop. When we arrived Steve was blown away by how many of us were there, but he quickly got us to work rearranging the store and sorting through the store room. We remembered to get 1 before and after shot, and Abigail, Kuba & myself definitely it made everything easier to find and access everything downstairs. In the store Sammi & Macie set up the Christmas section and Lindsay & Ruth sorted all the clothing. It was lovely meeting everyone and looking forward to the litter picking bingo next week!

A sunny but crisp day so I was well layered up for the visit. Spent an enjoyable 90 minutes weeding beds and plant pots, ready for the winter ahead. This was clearly a well loved garden which gave S. a lot of pleasure.
