Noh has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Noh is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Noh earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥇

Noh earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Noh completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Noh was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

5 Goodgym runners joined Amanda at The Chiswick Flower Market at the end of the second market of the year to help dismantle the set up safely & quickly.
We started by taking down the 8 market banners & Covid safety & parking signage from around the site. Then onto the full body workout provided by picking up bollards & barriers from across the whole market & returning them to their collection point in Old Market Place. Having worked up a bit of sweat we cooled things down by removing the bunting from Devonshire Rd. Being fanned by flags as they fluttered to the ground, bringing to a close the end of another successful day & a very efficient mission completed by team Goodgym!
