Victor has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Victor is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Victor completed their first weekend mission.
Victor has forgone the usual weekend routine. Instead of lie-ins, roasts and strolls around the park Victor has dropped everything to run a GoodGym mission for someone who needed help. Respect

Victor run their first missions with GoodGym.
Victor has just done something they've never done before. Victor has just run a mission; they've changed their running route and run to help someone who really needed their help.

Two Goodgym heroes turned up to help out at Palace Road Nature Reserve on Saturday.
We cleared some of the reeds growing at one side of their pond in preparation for it to be dug up and extended. Victor got some wellies on and was in the water hacking away at the reeds. He also found a few frogs but they didn't seem keen on making friends today.
We gained some help from a local called Clark who visits the space often. He helped us load up the off cuts and get them to the Reserve's compost corner.
