This evening we met at Gladstone Park for another fitness session in the sunshine. We welcomed Yvette to the group before beginning our exercises.
After a short warm-up, we did 3 rounds of 5 exercises, including: - Squat shuffles - Knee raises (on the ground) - High knee touches - Sideways crab walk - Balancing clock
This was followed by a couple of cool down stretches, followed by eating one of Karen's delicious cookies on the way to Papagayo.
