Planks - love 'em or loathe 'em, they get the job done.
Our twenty minute session today alternated 20 (!) different kinds of plank for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of cardio. That's right - that's a total of 13 and a half minutes of non stop plank which is pretty impressive by anybody's book.
We alternated each different plank with 20 seconds of high knees to really get our hearts pumping.
Well done team - and make sure you drink plenty of water after that session! x
