Two GoodGymers went to volunteer at our local Parkrun at Blackweir this morning - which happened to be it's 12th year anniversary! Marie took on the role as marshal over at the 800m mark and Mali made sure no one was left behind with the role of Tail Walker.

Despite the weather warnings of storm Dennis an amazing 685 park-runners turned up to run the course - amongst the crowds was Derek the weatherman himself and a running Teddy Bear! Marie got the chance to catch up with the man behind the costume and found out that he was testing it out in preparation for the London Marathon in April!

And last but not least... was great to cheer on the familiar faces of Goodgym runners who also made it to parkrun this morning - awesome job!

Happy Saturday!
