Tail-walking for Crystal Palace Parkrun turned out to be the perfect excuse not to run in the hot sun today! It was also a nice opportunity to chat to some new-to-parkrunners determined to get round and then have the rest of the day to relax. Hopefully they'll be back for more another week. Well done to everyone walking, running and volunteering!
