Four songs, four cardio peaks, a whole lot of fun and planks!
It is almost time to start the weekend, and what better way to get your muscles working and cheer us all up a bit than a good old music based work out. Yes, we did Sally Squats (of course), and yes there was Roxanne (but with press ups and side plank switches), but there was also a plank based cha cha slide and we finished off with a rendition of Black Betty never been seen before...we almost had almost got the end after a LOT of high knees and mountain climbers when there was a slight technical glitch (me) but we persevered and saw the end with some excellent fast feet. A minute's plank smashed, and we're ready for the weekend! As always, thanks for bringing some GoodGym joy into my living room. Don't forget the guided speed session on Sunday!
