Once upon a time, in a beautiful land called Wales, a resilient group of people lived. They belonged to a group called the Good Gym.

They could be found in gardens, allotments and in forests picking litter and pulling brambles. They were known all over the country as the Brambling group. The legend says they could clear a whole patch of overgrown areas in 1 hour with nothing but their bare hands! Some say they had super powers that shielded them from thorns and stinging nettles!

But one Saturday morning in, a new member arrived and changed everything. Her name was Sam. It was her very first encounter with the Good Gym folk. She was welcomed with open arms and immediately shown where the brambles are. While the older members were pulling the spiky branches from the ground, Sam did something very different. Instead of fighting with nature, she worked with it. She gently touched the ground and one by one pulled a bucket full of infamous brambles.

Unsure how she did it, the good gym members asked Sam what kind magical skill she had. She looked at them with bewilderment, slowly opened the palm of her hand to reveal a small and rather mundane object. Everyone gasped. It was a stick. The called it the Brambling Stick and asked Sam to return to show the rest of the group how to use it. With a lovely smile on her face, she agreed.

A huge cheer and a group photo followed. With that they bid farewell to Poppy. But just before they have dispersed into the four corners of the world, they harvested plums. Now with bags full of delicious fruits, their minds moved quickly to the next big topic they are less famous for: baking and cooking.

Undecided what to do, they said goodbye to Sam and the Brambling Stick.
