Tonight 6 mighty GoodGymers, with the help of the taskowner and friend, returned to Crow recycling to revamp their outdoor space.

We tackled the mammoth task of relocating 4 tons of soil into towering empty planters. Taking turns loading wheelbarrows with earth, sprinting them over to the awaiting planters, hoisting them up and over into the empty void then raking it over to level it off. What a fantastic work out!

A delightfully fulfilling endeavor! Thanks to your efforts, all the potted plants that are eagerly lining up now have a new home and soon enough the garden will be bursting with bountiful produce and vibrant life.

Fab teamwork tonight, well done!

Shout out to James for organising these sessions with Crow and great to see you back Dani

Coventry Recycling centre

CROW Recycling is a Coventry based Social Enterprise with charitable status established in 1985. We collect cans and office waste paper and deliver shredded paper animal bedding to Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Solihull, Bedworth, Hinckley, Leamington, Stratford, Warwick and their nearby villages. We offer a confidential shredding service. We also have a membership Scrapstore selling donated materials to reuse for arts and crafts. At centrally located premises ( purchased courtesy of the National Lotteries charities Board in 1999) within the community recycling facility voluntary work placements are provided for young people and adults who may face disadvantage in the workplace through disability and/or learning difficulties
