On a glorious sunny day in Worthing

It was a complete delight to volunteer at parkrun today. After a wet and wild week with more than our fair share of gales, Worthing basked in some stunning winter sun this morning.

8 trusty GoodGymers either volunteered, ran or did both either as part of RED January or just because this is what they do on a Saturday morning.

Massive shout out to our newest member Rachel

Rachel came along to GG starter run a few short weeks ago on a similarly sunny day and today she came back and volunteered at parkrun! This makes me happy :)

Also massive love GG to the rest of my team today ..... Mr and Mrs R aka John and Belinda

Also Paul, Natacha and Ricky and not forgetting Gill

What can I say except except I did my most steps in 2 weeks, Natacha ditched John two weeks in a row and has now became an independent fully fledged parkrunner, Ricky looked the leanest I have ever seen him , Belinda ran brilliantly and post run was in high demand ( as ever) so I only managed a brief conversation before she was snapped up, Gill produced a sound running performance and our very own Paul was as gorgeous as ever!

Massive kudos to all GoodGymers and all the parkrunners today
