This afternoon we were called upon to help Sheffield Abbeydale Rotary club with transferring wooden display screens across town for the Sheffield Young Artists Exhibition.

Every year, pictures from schoolchildren and young people across the city are exhibited, with awards being presented to the best art by the Lord Mayor.

Cue Goodgym! We had to help load 40 heavy wooden screens onto a delivery van from their store, then run 1.6 miles across town to then offload them into the church hall. Luckily, we weren't alone! Many hands make light work, they say, but it still felt quite heavy work, I tell you!

With strength and cardio workout completed, we headed off for a well deserved drink at City of Sanctuary nearby.
