Seven superb Goodgymers set out on Sunday morning to Old Heath rec to welcome back the return of junior parkrun in Colchester. 71 amazing junior runners sprinted round the field twice, ushered in by tailrunner Stu, complete with tail, enthusiastically cheered on and guided by expert marshals, Ella, Louise, Phil and James, timed by Tav, and scanned by Helen. We were really pleased to join the rest of the parkrun volunteers for this special event. No photos of the action unfortunately, it all went so quickly! Well done to all involved, great morning! 👍 😁
