4 GoodGymers made there ways to Stoke Newington Common for the first baby tree watering session of the summer.

With all the rain around this year we have started a bit later keeping the thirsty newly planted baby trees hydrated.

We were back this week, and first job was to get the newly planted shrubs and trees some breathing room so they can absorb the water, and nutrients to thrive.

So after we grabbed fists full of weeds and long grass we watered the shrubs on the mounds and the Baby trees lining the pathway.

Top work from the squad and if you are around to help set up or close down the Stoke Newington Common Fun day on Sunday your assistance would be very welcome!! Gazebos, Tables, bunting either putting out or folding down.
