Welcome to WWF x GoodGym’s Workout for Nature
Throughout April WWF and GoodGym are collaborating on hundreds of sessions to celebrate Earth Day. Each session will involve a Workout for Nature - a physical volunteering activity which will benefit local green spaces, and give your own wellbeing a boost. Simply sign up below and come along. No experience required!
A return visit to Hackney Marsh Adventure Playground
Task is too be confirmed but we can guarantee it will be a great work out after a lovely run along River Lea
If you're new to GoodGym or to our group in Newham, we meet in the courtyard of the Print House - just look out for anyone in a red t-shirt and come and say hello. We love to meet new people! You're welcome to run at whatever pace you feel comfortable and there are always back markers to make sure no one is left behind.
There are toilets at the Print House, but limited bag drop facilities.
You're also welcome to meet us at the task - we should be there by 7:15 and the address is: Daubeny Fields Off Kingsmead Way London E9 5PP
