18:30 - 20:15Tonight we're going across the road to Turnham Green, where we'll be raking up the recently cut meadow before planting some cornflower and poppy seeds which will brighten up the place for local people to enjoy.
There isn't much of a run to this one, so we'll follow the session with a workout that targets all the main muscle groups.
