Saturday morning saw a group of GoodGymers meeting at a local community rooftop garden to help move a huge pile of carpets down the stairs so they could be disposed of safely. We were told they had been sitting there for weeks, so they were really pleased when we managed to shift the lot in about ten minutes! Job done we found a dry spot round the corner for a short intense core work out before heading back off into the drizzle to start our weekend!
