If in doubt, whip it out
27 GoodGymers made their way 3.5km to help the Silver Road Community Centre in Norwich.

Credit for this week's pun goes to the man himself Alex.
Tonight's task was to trim a bush and some weeding at Silver Road Community Centre.
A big welcome to GoodGym to two new runners Ronnie and James.
There were some interesting animal shaped head torches tonight, kindly provided by Catherine.
Our newly trained Run Leader Dan was back runner and sporting his Xmas lights. #respect
We set off on our ways on a nice 1-mile each way route.
Julie greeted us at the task and showed us her massively overgrown bush that needed trimming and also the areas that needed a good weed.
The team selected their tools and gloves and had 25 minutes to get as much done... which of course they succeeded in. The bush was well trimmed by the end.
The story behind this week's pun was when I told Alex and Laura to get some weeds out from the trellis and we were debating if they were weeds or not so my reply was "whip it out anyway".
So once we finished up and had the inaugural group photo (while I was trying not to get run over), we headed back to The Forum where some fun mwahahah.
So, it was time for a 16-minute Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM). This consisted of lots of star jumps, bear crawls, squat jumps and the plank.
Next week we're off to Marriott's Way for a litter pick followed by the Norwich Beer Festival afterwards :-)

We can tell that you've been waiting to use the 'her massively overgrown bush' innuendo for weeks.....
Great task and great fitness session.
Another hugely enjoyable session. Just seen this in the Guardian about "How to do a perfect plank"- https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/shortcuts/2017/oct/18/how-to-do-perfect-plank-exercise
You know me and my innuendos haha ;-)
I'll check it out Bill
