☀️ 10 GoodGymmers gathered bright and early on a sunny Sunday to marshall the 10k. We were given our marshall points then taken on a walking tour of the course to reach them. By happy coincidence, many of us were based around our group run meeting point at CVS 👍

😎 We had plenty of time to chat before needing to be in post and then more time to chill in the sunshine before we heard the sound of the race starting over at the Knavesmire 📢

🙌 Although we loved cheering every runner, our highlights were always spotting GoodGymmers (extra points for recognising those in cunning disguise) 🕵️

👋 And just like that, everyone had been and gone on to run the rest of the route. We headed back to our original base to drop off our hi viz then it was off to enjoy the rest of our Sundays 👌
