Food delivery to Mr & Mrs B. which I’ve done before. This time Mr B had a fall on Monday in his garden, resulting in an ambulance vein called and many hours in A&E for X rays and finally a head wound Sterry stripped and 15 stitches in his arm. Mrs B was worried about him as she couldn’t go with him but ambulance and hospital staff were wonderful and he’s recovering at home, a little unsteady on his feet which aged 89 (90 on 23rd June) is understandable and still a little shaky. Monday, the stitches will be taken out by Community Nurse, thank goodness not a Goodgym Task although we can handle most things. They enjoyed my basket of goodies and I enjoyed one of my salted caramel shake I had free from our Goodgym sponsors 🥤
