Jenny reached a brilliant milestone tonight with 100 good deeds under her belt - Chelmsford is a better place for it!

It was a warm evening so a shady litter pick along the River Chelmer felt very pleasant...amongst the finds was a scooter that was in good working order and we dropped off for the Afghan families after the task.

We filled our 4 bags and then had a mixed session with a some core strength and shuttle runs using Tabata timings and some interval laps - strong work from everyone.

When I do Goodgym it seems that life is so wonderful. A miracle, oh, it is beautiful, magical! And all the birds in the trees, well, they'd are singing so happily, so joyfully, oh, playfully, watching me (litter pick)!
