Nine GoodGym members came together to run Parkrun Hamstead. We gathered at the start to hear the Marshall director provide details of the event. Sobering that they are still looking for volunteers to help run the event which has on occasion not gone ahead for a lack of help. (Hopefully we can stage a take over event soon) After completing our 5 km we gathered and headed off to Burgh House for a coffee.( they had kindly offered a 10% discount) We sat down and chatted undercover of an awning with fairy lights and blankets to keep us warm!
