After a last minute call out from the Junior Parkrun crew seven Cardiff goodgymers answered the call. A quick briefing at 09:00 and we were ready to cheer, a huge 160 runners today so plenty to cheer for.

It was a lovely crisp Autumnal day for it, with plenty of buzz in the park. A perfect reason to stay for a coffee and a catch up once finished.
