10 core exercises, twice through. I'm hoping everyone feels it a bit tomorrow / Friday but they're still able to laugh / sneeze / stand up!!

There was a good showing of cats on the screen too plus 2 dogs and a cameo from Yvonne (caution: hugger!).

Lovely to have a little catch up afterwards too. 💪
