Things will get worse before they get better was the motto for this evening's task which involved ripping out flowers from their roots in the plant boxes in town in order to make way for the new ones coming soon! We filled around 8 large green waste bags with contents from the boxes as well as discarding various bits of rubbish, cigarettes and bottles which had been dumped there. As usual we attracted a few strange looks as bemused folk out in town saw our mighty team dressed in red, our gleeful faces illuminated by headtorches as we merrily dug, pulled and ripped out the greenery.

Pam was very pleased with our efforts and said we should be re-named 'Fantastic Gym'. We'll take that!

Tav took us on some incline sprints for a 4 minute continuous effort before we headed home from a bloomin' good evening.
