There was a surprising wind chill in the air as we met at the Castle this evening.

After giving a distant wave to the other running groups, adding India to our 5 and using the facilities by the Day museum, we headed off into a headwind.

The rain started and then stopped once I'd put my waterproof on (you're welcome!) as we headed through the fun fair and out to the square and round towers. We stopped for a photo op by Angela's poster for the Portsmouth Creates art trail and then made our way back to the start to the view of a beautiful sunset. (Is Gosport on fire?)

A run that blew away the cobwebs.

Sadly the magic jacket didn't work once I got on the bike and I was soaked to the skin within 10 minutes!! Hope you all got home dry (ish!)
