The shift entailed using some (in my case, little) arm muscles to help unload the food delivery from the delightful Marvin, who did look doubtfully at me but I proved him wrong (just lol), to unpacking and flattening all the empty boxes,a good exercise for stamping out any frustrations indeed! Helping to pack up 50 bags to give for those with cooking provisions. Then to test those (little) arm muscles again to help unload the huge bags of clothes from the storage cupboard and trying to find the elusive men size large clothes, alas an appeal for mens clothing and carrier bags are needed again. Then it was time to hand over the reins to the next shift.
