February bingo consisted of 12 squares to tick off on the list, at any time during the month:
Exercise at sunrise
Double digits… Walk/jog/run 10km+
Interval training - add in some faster parts to your walk/run
Lunch outside
Find a street sign with your name or a name that's special to you
See how far you can walk/run in an hour.
Humpday… Run over a hill (or bridge) on a Wednesday
Run/jog an errand
Take a donation to a food bank / collection point
Strength work, lift some weights or do some squats / lunges
Go off road
Spot some window displays / decorations on your run
I think I managed 10! Katie L and Kat also managed a good number and some great photo montages. Judy visited her namesake house for a snap!
