Five resilient goodgym runners came together on a rainy cold night at the phoenix cinema, to deliver leaflets, in support of this fantastic charitable institution. Phoenix is the oldest purpose-built cinema - possibly in the world. (well I am biased). unfortunately there weren’t many leaflets for us to deliver so we targeted a couple of nice streets. To add to the interest we decided to visit rockstar houses and venues. Our rock ‘n’ roll tour lead us to The Clissold Arms pub venue for the first gig from the kinks. We then ran past Amy Winehouse‘s flat (probably) and finished off with Noel Gallagher‘s house where we delivered our last leaflet. we returned back to the Phoenix to warm down. Rock ‘n’ roll! thanks for coming running, being resilient and doing some good!
please also welcome Valeria on her first GoodGym group run. (click on the link to support.)
