Goodgymers Dan Michael and Lobo joined Run Dusty, a East London based run club that supports independent bar and breweries. It was a great chance to speak to other runners about Goodgym and add some distance to the January challenge. And no better way to top off the 5km social run with a free beer from the hosts at Howling Hops Brewery.
