Three GoodGymers were at the back of Naomi House charity shop today busily sorting, chatting, hanging and listening to some retro tunes on the radio.

Sarah was a last minute sign up, joining us before heading to her nephew's birthday celebration for the rest Saturday afternoon. Manuel cycled to the shop in super quick time on his new bike so was already getting stuck in when we arrived.

We hung most of the sorted clothes out in the shop so if you're in the area, pop in for a £1 bargain!
