Lots of lovely GoodGymmers gathered for York parkrun today, from GoodGym York and Lambeth.

There was some great running, coming back from a break for some and getting a PB for others.

After the run, we split off to the Knavesmire for a pre-community mission breakfast for some and a community mission (or two) for others.
