Glorious sunshine greeted our runners on a balmy Wednesday evening. Oodles of excitement from the runners, especially Tav who is now a fully fledged run leader. Of course, there's no replacing me! Dynamic stretches in our warm up before heading towards our task, Greeted with enthusiasm, not just by FirstSite but by other community organisations in the area. You can't deny we did a good job. Made our way to the outdoor gym for a brief circuit and Tommy's new record in his pull ups - 18 this time.
