After a lovely chat with Miss F to reconfirm her order it was out into the blistering sun for a short 2k run to Sainsburys to pick her supplies.

I would say the mission itself was keeping social distancing in Sainsburys and finding what I was looking for the shelves were bare!

With a bag full of yoghurts Actimel black grapes, bread and butter it was time to “Yog” on.

She asked me to leave the shopping in hallway so should could say THANKYOU face to face but with the safe distance!
