Hot Friday morning and 2 goodgymers went to the Ealing Soup Kitchen for the 1st service of the day to install and prepare food and grocery bags, prep food for the lunch service. Jacquie was bagging up bags with groceries delivered by The Felix Project and City Harvest, whilst Steph Ducat was in the kitchen to cook food with ESK volunteers Ash and Mary. Main courses being prepared with both a veggie and meat version, plus a dessert with ice cream. In the middle of the kitchen prep, loads of boxes appeared which could be used as a dessert : mangoes!!! Life is mango-nificent!!!A lot of peeling and cutting involved :-)
