Kash and Sevan were making a return visit to Miss S, who despite being bed bound wants to return her garden to a presentable state. There was plenty of work for the pair to get on with as it looked like it'd been a while since the garden was regularly maintained.

Miss S had the tools and gauntlets ready for them, so Kash went straight to work in the same part of the garden as their last visit, chopping stalks of brambles, holly and ivy. Sevan meanwhile, was trying to open the side gate to bring the wheely bin closer to the action. The lock wouldn't budge though. On closer inspection, a bit of the key was broken. Sevan thought that they key must work to unlock the lock, so he walked through the house and tried it from the street side of the gate. The lock sprung and Sevan was one step closer to joining Kash in their bramble slaying.

Half way through the task, Kash and Sevan both heard the noise of a key in a lock. The side gate hadn't been relocked, so they wondered it if could be someone from a rival volunteering gang coming to take Miss S' custom away from GoodGym. Kash sent Sevan to investigate and he cautiously entered the house to find someone walking around inside. As Miss S was bed bound, this was pretty unexpected. It turned out that the woman wasn't from BadGym, she was Miss S' carer and offered Kash and Sevan some drinks.

Refreshed, Kash and Sevan finished filling the wheely bin with cuttings and managed to mostly clear one flower bed of invasive plants, on the surface at least. There's plenty more clearing to do around the garden and there are still lots of roots lurking out of sight that need to be dealt with too.
