On Wednesday 10th March all of the pupils at The Clare School took park in a Superheroes Sponsored walk to raise money and to say a huge thank you to the Soul Foundation.

The Soul Foundation have been supplying families at The Clare School with food boxes throughout the pandemic. The Clare school smashed their original target of £500, then we decided to go for £1000 and now as of Saturday we have reached an amazing £3241.20p! The Norwich Goodgym have been to the Clare school on a few Community Missions and were asked by Hayley, who works at the Clare school if they would have a go at running up some miles!!

Not only has there been running this week 8-12th March but the have also -

• cleared up a huge amount fly tipping
• tidied the hedgerows of litter
• smashed personal running targets
• Cat yoga and cat weightlifting!
• Taken care of the environment and getting fit by lifting 20kg bags of organic fertiliser!
• Aiming high by running up and down steps to keep fit!
• Puddle jumping, hopping and testing their balance by balancing bananas!
• Keeping silent (2 hours hard for our chattiest member!)
  • Walking backwards around the park
• Running and sharing our purpose for the Clare school and Soul Church

All of this including doing Goodgym Norwich Community Missions where they helped local ogranisations complete their work for the community!

Goodgym Norwich have travelled 80 miles for the Soul Foundation from 8th-13th March.
